I'm the founder of Food Monsters at Home who lives in Okinawa Japan as well as Auckland New Zealand and has worked as a chef in Tokyo Japan, Banff Canada, Melbourne Australia, and Wanaka/Auckland New Zealand in commercial kitchens mainly for Italian and Southeast AsianRestaurants.
My two passions in life are cooking and biking. Throughout my years, I have biked for 9000km in Japan, 9000km Alaska to Los Angles, and 5500km in Patagonia South America.
During my adventures and working in different countries, I always sought out local cuisine and dishes to get inspired. After years of experience traveling and eating my way around the world.
