What currentry do you offer?We currently offer two options a 2-person and a 4-person palns. Both allow you to choose from 2 to 6 meals per week you'd like to cook with Food Monsters at Home

Where does Food Monsters at Home deliver to?We currentry have free deliver option for 15 miles away from Kadena gate 3. We are able to deliver to the gates as well if you live on the bases.

How are the ingredients kept fresh during delivery?We use ice packs and insulated liners for delivery in order to keep contents cool and guarantee freshness.

Do I need ingredients in addition to the goods delivered?Yes. You'll need some basics as oil and salt, as we assume that everyone has some at home.

When are the meal kit delivered?Delivery days Tuesday to Saturday from 830am - 5pm and 630pm - 8pm ( Tue, Thurs,Sat ) to your location. We are able to leave the mealkit in front of your house or any locations then message or call you when we delivered in order to keep social distance as under COVID-19 situation.

How can I pay ?We accept cash both YEN and USD (110yen = 1 dollar) and Paypal

When do you have to order by?We book out a week in advance. Orders open every Sunday and close every Satueday at 3pm for the following week’s orders.
